We are pleased to share the submission of Phalcon’s patent application, “Deep Learning with a Late Fusion Layer and a Plurality of BERT Encoders for Processing Drug-Target Pairs as Semantic Embedding Vectors.” The inventors are Nabil Adam and Tarek Adam.
This patent is the first of two focused on drug repositioning and addresses the discovery engine. The second patent, which we plan to submit within the next few weeks, will focus on the clinical efficacy of the discovered drug. In parallel, we are finalizing a third patent application centered on risk stratification for cancer patients.
The patent application was prepared and filed by a partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP’s California office, who will also handle the processing and filing of the remaining two patent applications.
